Candidates should have a background in exact sciences, strong algorithmic and computational problem-solving skills, and familiarity with biological concepts (or willingness to learn). Proficiency in R or Python is essential (Matlab and Mathematica are acceptable alternatives). A Master's degree is required, and a PhD is considered advantageous.
